Conditions We Treat Virtually

When Your Symptoms Need In-Person Attention

Respiratory & Cold/Flu: cough, cold flu, fever, sore throat, strep throat, sinus infection, bronchitis, asthma (mild cases), COVID-19 (mild).

Life-threatening conditions

Skin Conditions: rashes, hives, acne, insect bites, eczema, sunburn, cold sores, swimmer's ear, skin infections (mild).

Serious injuries or severe pain

Digestive Issues: acid reflux, mild upset stomach, mild nausea/vomiting, diarrhea.

Ongoing chronic care needs**

Urinary & Women's Health: urinary tract infections (UTIs), yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis (BV).

Preventative Physicals**

Other Common Issues: allergies (seasonal, environmental), pink eye (conjunctivitis), headaches, migraines, ear infections, joint pain (minor).

Labs, xrays or testing**

Medication refills: refill chronic medicines for 1 month at a time up to 3* times per year

Controlled substances

Virtual Primary Care

Basic Primary Care Services

Appointments available Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM via telephone or video
*excluding national holidays

Includes annual on-site biometric physical with screening labs including CBC, CMP, A1C, Lipid panel, and TSH.
Virtual visit 1-2 times per year for chronic disease management if needed (availability as above) to keep your chronic medical conditions under control.
Additional virtual primary care visits are available at a cost of $20 for a 15-minutes and $50 for a 30-minutes.
Preventative screenings, xrays and additional labs can be ordered if needed.
On-site vaccine clinics offered during flu season.
Please note: The patient is responsible for all insurance notification and claim filing. We do not guarantee reimbursement from third-party payers nor communicate with insurance companies.
